Terms And Conditions

When you make a booking you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed that our responsibility to you and your party for supplying the tours and other holiday services described in the Reservation Form (and in any supplemental documents) shall be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully as bookings are accepted only in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

These Terms and Conditions together with the information set out in our Reservation Form and Booking Confirmation constitute the entire agreement between ourselves and yourself and supersede any prior promises, representations, undertakings or implications whether written or oral.

We will provide travel services and accommodations as described in the Reservation Form and Booking Confirmation. Any additional requests not included on the Booking Confirmation do not form part of the Contract. It is your responsibility to check that the details are accurate and are consistent with agreed details.

Booking and Payment:
From the time we receive your initial payment and booking form, a contract exists between you and Sev Travel. A deposit of 30% of total payment is required upon reservation. We accept payments by pay pal and bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, we will ask you e-mail the payment receipt.

The balance of the cost must be paid at least 45 days before the scheduled start. If booking 45 days or less from the scheduled start, payment must be made in full.

If after paying your initial deposit you do not pay the balance of the cost of the holiday 45 days before departure, Sev Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking. Sev Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking where the documents have not been received and apply the appropriate cancellation fees.

Reservations:
Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit which is 30% of the total tour price. Please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation.

As soon as we receive your reservation request for your tour program and deposit, we will start making your reservations. If any of the proposed accommodations are not available at the time of booking, we will select alternative of a similar standard. A price difference may incur, sometimes more, sometimes less and the balance of the payment will be adjusted accordingly. Availability of the hotels can be checked prior to booking upon request; however, no space can be held or guaranteed.

Once all your reservations are booked, we will send you a confirmed travel itinerary with all services noted along with our local destination management contact details. Travel documents, tour vouchers and electronic flight tickets are usually sent 21 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel the booking at any time providing that the cancellation is made in writing by the person who made the original booking. You will receive a refund of the amount paid (excluding any insurance premiums and amendment charges) less the cancellation fees specified below:

Charge 60 days or more: 10% of selling price (Administrative Fee)
59-46 days: non-refundable deposit 30% of selling price
45-21 days: 50% of selling price
20-0 days: 100% of selling price

Flight tickets are not included in this cancellation policy. Once your flight tickets are purchased, any changes to the dates of the program will incur a change fee or in case of cancellation (this is additional to the service fee), 100% cancellation fee for the flight tickets will be incurred regardless of the above cancellation policy.

Changes to the Booking:
After booking is confirmed, any revision or alteration requested by you (including transfer of booking to a later date or to another person) is subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and to an administrative fee of £100 per revision per booking. Additionally we reserve the right to make any further necessary charges relating to the change or changes including charges imposed by our suppliers. Changes or adjustments to a booking will not be accepted within 30 days prior to departure and will be treated as a cancellation in accordance with clause.
If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements, we will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of such changes being made, you'll be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements.

Insurance:
We strongly recommend you to purchase trip cancellation and personal travel insurance against cancellation charges, unexpected interruption of your holiday, medical expenses arising overseas, loss or damage to luggage, personal liability etc.

Complaints:
We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction but if you have a complaint then you must report it immediately to our local representative or to our main office in England so we can endeavor to solve the problem. If your complaint is not resolved locally, you must inform our representative immediately who will do all possible to resolve the matter. Our responsibility is subject to your timely action to provide us the opportunity to investigate the matter and resolve the problem while you are on the tour.

If you remain dissatisfied, any verbal notification must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible, and within 28 days after the completion of a tour giving full details of your complaint. If you are unhappy with your hotel room, please inform the hotel manager so the situation can be rectified on the spot.

Company Liability:
The responsibility of Sev Travel and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator; Sev Travel organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including surface/air/water transportation, sightseeing tours, and cruise/hotel accommodations that Sev Travel purchases or reserves from various suppliers.

We exercise every care in the selection of reputable airlines, tour operators, coach operators, hotels and other suppliers of the various travel services used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Sev Travel are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers but not limited to shipping, rail, car hire and restaurant operators, whose services we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.

We always do our best to ensure that your vacation arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents.

However, the company does not accept any liability of whatever nature or the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of those airlines, coach operators, shipping and cruise companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangements pertinent to a contact between themselves and yourselves (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which the company has no direct and exclusive control.

Sev Travel does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force major or other events which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the part of Sev Travel, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidents to, or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).

You should familiarize yourself with any health or VISA requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health, and any other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited.

You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, VISA, and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure any documents in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Sev Travel on the client’s behalf) because of failure to comply with such requirements.

You accept that you may be travelling through areas of political, climatic instability, high altitudes, and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Sev Travel.
Miscellaneous:
While every effort has been made to ensure that the information is correct, Sev Travel cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to re-issue all documents/invoices we deliver to you in case we discern inaccuracy due to computer or human error.

Any copyright, trade-marks or other Intellectual Property Rights contained in our brochures, Website or other material shall belong to us unless otherwise stated.
